Blower quits blowing AC when driving sometimes

My 2003 dodge ram 2500 would do funny things with the vents as well - I found that if I got them in one spot they would stay there, but getting them in defrost was a very iffy thing. I thought it was a vacuum actuator problem and I never bothered to fix it. But they are known for problems in that area
