The 6.0 will need the upgrade kit for the STC (snap to connect) fitting and the dummy plugs. Check it's repair history if possible. Youtube's "powerstrokehelp" has a complete rundown on that problem. Symptoms are 'hard starting' especially when hot due to an internal high pressure oil leak. Common to all 6.0 diesel engines at some point in their life.
