Why not remove the EGR system, does the truck still need to pass inspection?
My stock water pump lasted 140,000 miles with no issues..I wouldn't waist the money on the after market one unless you plan on racing it.
I purchased the International FICM. You can purchase just the half shell. It was $130 from the International dealer.
If I'm not mistaken, Ford sometimes still used some prior year's drivetrain in some HD vans. I think that was the case with the 7.3 diesel which I believe was still offered in some vans after 2003 1/4 when they switched to the 6.0. I could have this wrong though.
