Well Likely why you see caliper lock ups. Good brake job is replace pads, turn rotors, rebuild calipers, and flush fluid.
No that is a total brake job. A good brake job is to change pads, check and if necessary turn the rotors,inspect and calipers,lubricate sliders,inspect hoses lines and master cylinder.
I betcha your mechanic opens up his new boat catalog every time you call.
