Braking system for 2014 Jeep Cherokee

We traded from a Jeep Wrangler with US Gear to the new Cherokee. The RV dealer said they couldn't get the UnS Gear anymore and suggested Invisibrake-both are Roadmaster products.
The light on the dash wouldn't come on for our first outing-took it back, they made an adjustment. Next time we unhook, the brake light stayed on..jeep dealer disconnected at brake pedal and back to rv dealer for another adjustment. Leave on the next outing, light not illuminating on dash so on this outing, we swing by rv dealer AGAIN. This time the tech gets on the phone with Invisibrake and realign the pulley system. Off we go. Get to our destination and unhook. Next morning, off we go in Jeep. I notice a traction warning light comes on. I pulled over and ask husband to see if brake lights are on cuz that is what happened before. Get on phone to rv dealer and they are going to have us make an adjustment. Start heading back to rv park and I say it feels like brake is on. Jeep stops, Service Parking brake light comes on and we are dead in the water. Get towed to a jeep dealer.. Waiting to hear what the bad news is.
RV dealer says they have tried everything and will take out Invisibrake and do Brakebuddy which we don't want.
Just curious if anyone else with this year jeep has had this problem. If not, what braking system are you using? We have 4wd and active drive II
  • Air Force one is the only way to go, no hassles at all in the 7,100 towed miles over the past 13 months

By the way my car has every option they have
  • Do you have the tech package? The 2014 Cherokee with tech package has accident mitigation. Not sure if it makes a difference.
