NO, they do not include anything greater than a class 3 truck in these sales numbers.
The Ford Authority website quashes that fallacy (alternative fact).
Fordauthority.com shows 57,995 units sold. Also scroll down the page and it states these sales numbers are for F150,250,350 & 450 only.

I will correct myself. The F550 is included in the 57,995 Pickup truck sales. I do have an email from Erich Merkle from Ford confirming this.
The F650 and F750 ARE NOT. They are classified as Heavy Trucks and are broken out separately in the Ford's official monthly sales report. Scroll down to the last page.
December 2016 Sales
The January sales number do match up with Pickuptruck.com's and Fordauthority.com sales numbers.
