Bubbling/De-Lamination

I have a 2008 30' Trail-Lite Travel Trailer. I am now getting some bubbling/de-lamination on the front skin of the trailer from water around my front top running lights. Is there a You Tube out there that shows how to repair the bubble/de-lamination?? Oh yes, is it worth the hassle & trouble of me trying to do it versus taking it into a RV Dealer??
