It seems like I can't get exactly what I want because if I want something in particular, I have to have certain other things with it. For example, there is no option with the F350 to get the 11,500 gvwr package, only the 10K package. (according to the website) If I want two tone paint, I can only get certain color combos by default. And on and on... Am I missing something here? Like I said, new to custom building so every lit bit of info helps.

All the manufacturers are the same way many options have to be part of a package there are not many stand alone option these days.. I have ordered two trucks and the process was as others have posted first do your deal then place the order but remember most of the incentives are what's available at time of delivery not when you order the truck
