Not what you will want to hear but..
While I never had any grill that mounted directly to a trailer, I found out having a grill or any cooking appliance anywhere near the trailer results in a terrible greasy mess splattered on the trailer siding.
I only took one time to realize how hard it can be to clean off splattered grease.
I am sure there will be hundreds of testimonies to the opposite but I will never, ever use a grill or cook anything that splatters within 6ft of my trailer.
There are a lot of decent portable grills with and without stands, I would highly recommend buying one of those using them away from your RV and save yourself a lot of cleanup work..
