For the record, you don't want light hitch weight. Light hitch weight equal "SWAY".
Where does the 800 come from?
Light means sway when the rest of the trailer is heavy and unbalanced. I'm talking light hitch weight + light trailer weight so it is balanced. Not light hitch weight on a heavy trailer where most of the weight is in the rear.
