With a diesel you have two to keep than eye on, my truck is a 2007 F250/6.0 PSD and have learn that almost like clock work to replace them every 2.5 years because they die shortly after that time frame. Last time they died 2 days before that 2.5 years in my driveway.
WOW! I got over twice that out of my 2007 6.0 Stroke's original batteries. The replacements did die quicker but that was due to being in an accident and sitting uncharged during repairs. Still had enough proration left on them though to take care of half the cost of their replacements.
