I'm in and out of TCW an awful lot seeking Bills advice . and observed Bill working to handle quality control problems poor factory support was a very large problem for Bill when he was selling a very large number of Adventure/ Eagle Cap. He was buried in repair work on shoddy" assembly"

I would like Bill from TCW to post these opinions here. Not doubting you. Again I have looked at a lot of new and used Tcs in last six years including Bigfoot. Two to be exact and walked from both due to quality. Travel lite, Arctic fox, Lance, Adventurer, and even North Stars all have had issues.
