What a lack of responsibility from the manufacturer and the dealer. This would be a small price to pay for customer satisfaction. There are 5 pages of negative advertising that in my opinion will cost them far more than the cost of the repair. The you tube video does even more damage. When I purchased my next camper, this will certainly effect my decision. All manufacturers have flaws from time to time, it is how things like this and how they are handled determine the longevity of the company and the dealerships. Barry
