When I purchased my next camper, this will certainly effect my decision. All manufacturers have flaws from time to time, it is how things like this and how they are handled determine the longevity of the company and the dealerships. Barry
This four minute over the top over dramatization video will have absolutely no affect on my next camper purchase. What is missing here is the other side of the story, that being from the manufacturer. Since others have reported better than good and quick resolution of their issues, there has to be a reason why the OP's request was denied. Maybe there is more to the story that just the OP's version. And then there is the title to this thread "Buyer Beware" that obviously the OP did not adhere to as he appears to be Buyer Unaware. It would be enlightening to learn the other side of the story or even the dealer's side of the story. Where is the dealer in this whole thing? Why isn't the dealer making the customer whole with wonderful customer service? It is just a hole in the door, how hard is that to get it fixed at an RV repair shop? Something is amiss somewhere.
