GeoBoy..thank you...thank you. I'm not throwing anyone under the bus but myself. Every one can benefit if you use the info objectively. A door skin cost next to nothing and it is an easy fix...the bad customer service is what really pinches a nerve with me...after 30 years in customer retail relations you can't tell me this customer is wrong here. I always made my customers happy no matter what it cost... period.
