UPDATE: The weather is getting nicer and warmer so I finally got around to fixing the door on our 80RB. I got some two part epoxy and filled in the hole completely and sanded it smooth. Then I bought a set of rubber bumpers at Home Depot and placed one at the top of the door and one covering the repair where the initial contact was made.
Total cost of my repair was less than $10. If Adventurer had even offered to split the repair cost with me 50/50 I would have been happy. As it is, their blowing me off as they did cost them a loyal customer who would have promoted the brand extensively on my YouTube channel as we travel in the coming years. I'll be removing their logo from the camper so they can't benefit indirectly. So, for the sake of $5, they lost an exuberant and excited customer and years of free advertising. Good call Adventurer Warranty Department :R
