G'day Terrick, I recently had to haul some furniture a few hundred miles for a relative, and it was threatening rain that day. I wanted some extra tie-down points to secure a tarp so it wouldn't get whipped to shreds by the wind on the hiway. Those were what I came up with on short notice. I just left them there since they aren't in the way, I might need them again. I'm the "in-law" with the truck in our family. :B
