I would not buy it but if you do Insult her and make an offer of what you think it is worth.tell her the trailer is not worth $7000. The view comes with the rent not the trailer. If you ever have to move it you cannot so what would be your exit strategy? Deed it to the campsite?
The probability of her selling it this year is slim because in my experience most permanent trailer either sell in the spring when people have the camping bug or in the fall when the bottom feeders are looking for a bargain for next year and the owners are trying to avoid,next years lot rent, winterizing and potential winter over damage.
But again I would not be a buyer a $7000
