Thank you everyone for your quick replies! Everything you have said is right along with what we were thinking as well. We might be willing to give her $3k ish for it but only for the location and lot that it's on, and the deck that comes with it. I wonder if it's common for people to purchase a TT without checking the history or VIN on it? I just wonder how much trouble she will have selling it, and if we made her an offer if she'd be totally insulted by it after months of no potential buyers? We have thought of purchasing a new TT and having it set up at this campground but we would then still have to come out of pocket for the deck.
