Obtain the complete VIN and have a Chrysler dealer make sure there are no outstanding safety recalls.
Do a lien search at a BC Government Agent.
Insist on doing a safety and emission system inspection prior to buying the truck if such inspections are required by your state or federally.
Canadian vehicles do not come with a Certificate of Origin to prove title to the vehicle. The registered owner is the owner. You will be given a copy of the previous owner's registration and a Bill of Sale when you purchase the vehicle.
