Yup. If he is willing to buy one from Alberta Canada he could get a very nice 2015 Lariat FX4 F350 with about 140k miles on it for about 25k USD.

What would the similar RAM or GM sell for?
It seems most of the '15 Ram and GM's I find for sale have fewer miles and are likewise more money. I did find a couple '15 Duramax 3500's advertised for about 29000 usd.
