The E-series doesn't have "hooks" embedded in the floor. It has old-fashioned seat brackets on the floor which simply bolt-in with Torx bolts. Take-out bench-seats with brackets aren't too hard to find. One some of the vans, the threads are present, but the hole in the floorpan isn't, which may require a little time with a drill and counter- sunk bit.
There some parts here, but I'm guessing you shouldn't have too much trouble finding stuff at your local wrecking yard:
