Buying our 1st travel trailer. Questions on a pioneer QB300

When we were shopping for a TT earlier this year, we found the same thing--three year old units that were priced way over book value, nearly as much as new. The reason? Many sellers of 3-4 year old trailers are asking far more than the thing is actually worth, because they bought it on a 12 year loan with no down payment, and they still owe a ton of money. So we ended up with a new TT.
