From what I have read recently, Northwood is willing to work with any service shop should you need warranty repairs. BTW Northwood has an excellent reputation for decent quality products.
This has been my experience too, having owned 2 Northwood products, and now I'm on my 3rd. I still have my second one, an AF811 truck camper.
On my most recent RV from Northwood, my dealer talked to the factory and the factory shipped me a replacement part I needed - a new door on the circuit breaker panel.
Thompson's RV in LaGrande, Oregon carries Arctic Fox, Snow River, Nash. which are all Northwood products, as well as Outdoors RV. Outdoors RV is partially owned by the owners of Northwood, but it's a separate company.
I looked extensively at Outdoors RV and Nash. The Nash won because of the higher ground clearance and lower price. The taller height might be a drawback for smaller/less capable tow vehicles though, since there's more air drag while towing.
Thompson's and Thunder RV are both great dealers. I shopped both dealers - Thunder for a different truck camper and Thompson's for the Nash.
