Is it all stock? If so, yes. We no longer have state level and federal level anymore. It's all federal spec's.

As of now, they only do a equipment and opacity level test anyway.

It will also depend on which county you're moving to. Some, like mine are attainment counties and after the first test we don't have to do tests every so often.

It wasn't required when I brought my diesel into the north state in 2008.
