sorry it took so long to get back to you. I don't think those things will be an isse might have to hookup the cable first.

Seems like an odd place for it. Is it close enough to where the electrical cord comes out, potentially hitting the cable for TV when connected up? also any potential signal interference issues?

the cable connection on our '85 Wilderness is on the passenger side, not sure why, might take a look there.

Our previous TT actually had the cable hookup on the back end, which was pretty inconvienient. And it didn't make much sense since the interior locations for two TVs to be hooked up were in the front of the TT. Just before we sold the TT, the cable hookup stopped working and I could never figure out how to fix it.

Ours is in the little storage hole where the power cord goes. Almost never found it.
