Bingo, we have a winner. Until you have come around a tight corner/switchback and found a 40' Class A, pulling a toad over the double yellow line, 6' into your lane with no shoulder you might just be tolerant of the folks who figure laws/rules are for other people. I am not. BTDT. :M
If you can't keep your rig in its lane you have no business on that road. For a CHP officer to actually stop and cite, the violation must have been egregious as they have better things to do.
