calking exterior seams
What type calk should I use for calking around windows, doors, connection boxes, etc. Should old calk be removed or can I calk over old calk?

I was told by a high volume Jayco dealer that OSI Quad sealant is the way to go for trim applications. Haven't used it yet but will in a couple weeks for first time.
