Camper black roof
Am looking at a 1999 camper but the roof is all black and if you rub your hands over it all over your hands. I assume it is a rubber roof. I have never seen one that looks like that. What's wrong with it?

- Hard to tell, could be some kind of owner applied coating, or could be a severe case of mold/mildew.
Could you post some pictures? If so you will probably get some more solid opinions.
