My 7 pin pigtail brass contacts had oxidation that was preventing a solid connection. After cleaning and applying di-electric grease the connections worked better. On my recent trip, my son was following me and reported I had no right brake light/turn signal. After disconnecting and reconnecting the 7 pin pigtail, the light began to work.
