My brake lights and turn signals work .the strange part is that I just had a brake line go on my truck I replaced it but still the same no running lights when I turn the head lights on no camper tail ...

Sepertae fuse for each light? But all my truck light's work its just the running lights and tail light's on the camper brake and turn signals work ?
Not for each light, but for each circuit. Each circuit is protected by a different fuse.
You have several circuit:
Parking lights
Brake lights (which are the same as turn signals)
Connector parking lights
connector brake lights (again same as turn signals
caveat: If you have yellow turn signals, these are separate on a separate circuit from brake lights, but the big 3 domestic trucks does not have this.
However, if none of your camper lights work, that is pointing to a bad ground contact, broken wire, or corrosion. Odds are you did not blow the fuse for both circuits at the same time - unless you pinched the cable.
