I would check again on the Insurance as I have had one of my cars be hit by another one and it was covered. Now, they were not happy but as long as it was not done on purpose I would push it and ask to speak to someone further up the corporate food chain.

I'm not the only person that's been screwed by this hidden insurance GOTTCHA, there another thread here where the same thing happened .After double checking ,I changed insurance co and agents If I lied and said a jack failed causing it to fall over it would have been covered:?

Aren't many accidents caused by owner error? Like a dumb a**, I clipped a barrier at a gas pump and did $5000 damage to my truck. No questions, it was repaired. The vehicle's insurance that hit the camper should be responsible to pay the damage. They sure won't like you, and may drop you, but I bet in court they would have to pay.

I have been stuck hiring lawyers several times ,in CANT LOSE cases and the only WINNER ? was the lawyers,I took my losses and and learned again :trust no one
