i have a 39ft travel trailer how do i get it from stop shakeing so much when park

do you think if i put cement blocks to by the stabiziler jacks it would help the problem. i put 2 more jacks uner it. it helped a little. my bed is the slide out in the back and when i move in bed the camper really moves how would i stop that
