camper truck bed base

I buy it at Home Depot or Lowes, you can get it in 1" if that's all you want.

I would like to raise my camper about an inch. I've searched and read threads on foamboard. Most folks seem to be referring to some sort of foamboard used in basements. There isn't a basement within 200 miles of me. Is what y'all are talking about the same as exterior foam sheathing?
Billyray....I see you are in Dallas. Did you use a generic foam sheathing from Lowe's, Home Depot, McCoys, etc??

X2 used foam board for years.

I just use 2 inch ridgid foam, works great.

I was worried about crushing the 3/4" foam I used under mine so made an interlocking perimeter of 3/4" 1x6 and then filled the center with foam. Comes out in 4 boards and 2 pieces of foam. When I unload, the short cross boards fit on top of the saw horses to fill some of the gap, the foam goes inside the camper, and the two long fore-aft pieces just lay on the gravel under the camper.

Use a sheet of 1.5 inch solid foam. Many people have had great luck with this method.

Attach it to the bottom of the camper. It would be better to have the rubber mat under it.
