I am not exactly sure where the sway is coming from (e.g. the camper or the bed) but perhaps my turnbuckles are not tight enough? I had heard form a friend that they needed to be a little loose. In any event, the symptom is that slight movements in the cabover (e.g. while changing sleeping position) will result in a bit of swaying...
That is tire sidewall flexing and suspension components doing what they do. Dropping the jacks to the ground is the only way to minimize it.
