A buffet is a good example. A single thin person may eat more than a heavier person what's fair in that. It doesn't really matter if it is fair or not, but you "could" build a policy on it. :)
But, hey, I don't think any of us are wanting to change it for now. Instead, we are just clarifying the rules ...
