Ours sleeps 10. 2 bunks and a fold out couch in the back room. U dinette and a fold out couch in the main room and a queen bed for DW and I. We are a family of 5. Bought this one because we hated having to break down the dinette in our old HTT for DD to sleep on every night then put it back up in the morning for breakfast. We have taken my parents with us. Our family is nearly the same as yours. I have not invited my brother and his family with us and they have not asked (thankfully). I would tell them that perhaps a tent will be required this time. Everyone inside the camper only in the event of bad weather.
