I have seen numerous posts in the CW accessories forum here with the same complaint. They seem to have a major system issue and their customers are not happy with the hold times to customer service. Most of the problems seem to occur when the customer orders multiple items and one of those is on back order then CW hold the entire order and doesn't notify the customer. It also appears those posts get deleted after a few days.
