Can I dump in the curbside sewer?

Here is another thought. Every year we do a three day float trip down the Buffalo River in AR. There are also hundreds if not thousands of others that do the same thing. All camp on the gravel bars along the river. They all dump their dishwater at the edge of camp. They also go to the edge of the woods to take care of other business. And, there are about 800 Elk in the area. I am sure none them would do their business close to the river. The river floods at least 4 or 5 times a year. I wonder where all of this stuff goes.
