Hey buddy looks like a jack plate tear down is in order. is it loose right now? will it cause future water damage? (Yes).
Pull the jack mounting plate and inspect the damage. You'll need to see how bad it really is. Were the jacks up or down when it occurred? If down, check all jack mounts for trueness.
