Only one way to fix it RIGHT. Pull the skin and start from the inside.
There will be extra supporting inside the wall that the jack plate mounts to. That WILL be damaged and must be replaced.
Alternative is pull plate off. Pump the holes FULL of apoxy and let set
for 24 hours. redril the holes and reinstall.
