Not a whole lot. It has the power, but not all the other things you'll need.
You'd have to change the wheels and tires for one, I'm guessing those don't have much load rating.
It's lowered and I'm guessing doesn't have a whole lot of payload.
Heat rejection will be an issue, especially if the trans has any sort of stall to the converter. Plus I doubt it has a lockup converter.
Very cool truck though. It could pull some light stuff without a lot of tongue weight.
