That seems awfully close to me. Vehicle is rated at 5200, but what about the stuff -- including people -- that you might carry inside the tow vehicle?
And the GVW of the trailer is 4550, but again, what about stuff you're carrying in it? Packed, you could easily get over the limit.
FWIW, we got into RVing pulling a trailer with a GVW of 4500 as I remember. We pulled it with a 2003 Tundra 4.7 V8, and it handled it OK once I put air bags under the truck to help with the load. But it still felt a bit light in the hills of Arkansas.
