?? Better NOT go over the GVW of the trailer! Loaded weight should be under the GVW (possibly well under), which would give even more margin on the TV.
Even at GVW he's got 650 lbs. He would have to watch hitch weight and likely put nothing into the TV other than people in order to not go over it's GVW or axle weights, but with the margins given that seems very doable.
