Of course you shouldn't ignore the vehicle's GCVWR as that's the absolute maximum the vehicle and trailer together, fully loaded, are rated to ever weigh. Sorry, I can't help you any more with this as you're clearly determined to ignore the known facts of the situation - i.e. your V6 Explorer is inadequate for safely towing this trailer. :(
