I would agree and apparently so does GM or they would build it. With the advancement of gasoline engines there would probably be even less of a demand.

I (and I think the overall market) would be more interested in the 3.0 diesel shared from the new 1500 Silverado than a 6.6 Duramax. If you look at the used market those full size GM SUVs rack up a ton of miles. Enough that you could actually see some savings from a fuel efficient diesel.
