All you need to worry about is the total load being supported by the 4 rear tires. Check their total load capacity, allowing for the lower tire pressure with dual rear wheels. I would guess that the total is going to be over 10,000 lbs. and if you subtract the weight of the rear of the truck at 3160 that leaves roughly 6800 lbs. of load capacity.
The actual weight of the truck at the rear axle after you add tie-downs and a superhitch is going to be closer to 3500 lbs. and to that you will need to add the weight on the hitch from the trailer. Ballpark it at 4200 lbs which still leaves 5800 lbs. of camper weight with it fully loaded for a trip.
The load capacity of the tires assumes that they are properly inflated. With a heavy payload the current shocks are probably going to need to be replaced.
If you plan to tow a Superhitch is a good way to go and if you do install one it affects which tie-downs can be installed so make this decision first.
Easy to overthink this but basically the tires are the weakest link which is why truck manufacturers add two more in the rear to increase the payload and make no other changes to the truck.
