"B" shows no fuse(s) associated with it and is for the incoming positive #8 conductors from the battery and converter. The battery connection at "B" would be connected to a mini circuit breaker in the A-frame near the battery. "A" shows all the fuses for the load circuits but the factory was lazy in not labeling them.
To label the DC fuse circuits, you'll need to systematically turn fuses on and off and see what fuse controls what load(s).
