Can someone help me out?

I think the truck I have (that has been hacked on) has had the rear suspension monkeyed with. I need a picture of a stock rear axle/leaf spring/U bolt area from a similar truck. I think the spacer blocks have been moved to on top of the axle (in effect lowering the truck), and I think they should be under it (which would raise the rear end). The front jounce bumpers have been hacked too. I have replacements for those already. It's an 06 Chevy 1500 4x4.
  • Spacer should be on TOP of axle perch then spring pak -------NEW 'U' bolts
  • I think what you have there are Timbrens.also the spacer block should be between the spring & axel. Not on top of the spring
  • Here's the rear the way it is now...

Here's the front where the jounce bumper has been hacked in half, I think in an effort to act as a redneck lowering kit.

I want to restore it to factory ride height, because, as you can see in the first photo, it sits on the rear bump stops with just the little 17' Jayco hybrid hitched up (as it was when I took these pics).
