When shopping for a truck there are a lot of personal preferences...some items fall into the need category others the nice to have category, So my question as subjective as it is, when do you settle? ...

Lots of great feedback, I plan on going tomm and spec one like I want and compare prices on ordered vs the only one on a lot that will work minus the interior color. I've had gray interiors in every truck I've ever owned and I really like the latest brown offering. As for how long I plan on keeping the truck at least 100k miles which I've done on every truck expect my 08 and that was a job issue forced me to trade it. So 7-10 years at least. My short list of must haves for me...again my preferences.

Dual alternators
Crewcab
Not gray interior
Preferably blue exterior color
Bench seat.
